To satisfy consumer demand, we have recently introduced a range of Low allergen whole muscle hams for the market. These hams contain no soy, no wheat and no whey. They are Gluten free and also very low in fat. This range of hams has been very successful, offering a product that you can sell with confidence to a wider range of consumers at a competitive price.
New Zealand Manuka and beech timbers are used in our smokehouse to produce consistent product with superb aroma and colour.
